At DKK CREATIVE, we strive to provide high-quality digital services tailored to your business needs. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms regarding advance payments, cancellations, and refunds for all our services. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Advance Payment & Non-Refundable Policy
 
All advance payments are non-refundable.
Once an advance is received, work will begin based on your requirements, and the amount paid will not be returned under any circumstances, even if the project is canceled midway.

3. Full Payment & Website Launch
 
If the website or service is delivered or goes live, and the remaining payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to:
Unpublish or close the website/service, or
Display a notice on the live website/service requesting payment clearance.

Any payments already made will remain non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Client
 
Clients may request cancellation before work begins, but advance payments will not be refunded.
After work has started, any cancellation will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and time are already committed.

5. Cancellation by DKK CREATIVE
 
DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if:
The client fails to provide required content or feedback in a timely manner.
The client fails to complete payments as agreed.
Any terms of service or project agreement are violated.

In such cases, payments made up to that point will not be refunded.

6. Extra Services & Add-Ons
 
Any additional services, features, or packages purchased are also non-refundable once work begins.
Requests for modifications or cancellations of add-ons will follow the same policy as the main service.

7. AI Chat Services
 
AI chat usage is provided free up to the monthly limit.
If you cancel or stop using AI chat services, unused free responses are non-refundable.
Any paid add-ons for extra AI chat usage are non-refundable.

By making payments or availing services from DKK CREATIVE, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
It is your responsibility to review this policy before making payments. DKK CREATIVE will not be responsible if clients fail to read or understand the terms.

9. AI Services (Video, Voice & Automation)

9.1 AI Video:
AI video services are charged on a per-second basis. Once the order is confirmed and processing begins, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

9.2 AI Voice Calling:
AI voice services are charged on a per-minute basis. Once activated or used, the amount is non-refundable.

9.3 AI Long-Term / Subscription Plans:
If AI services are purchased for long-term delivery (example: monthly video delivery), and platform/API costs increase, DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to:
- Request additional payment
- Pause or stop services if payment is not made

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Pricing Fluctuation & Third-Party Cost Impact

If third-party platforms (AI tools, APIs, hosting providers, integrations) increase their pricing:
- The client must pay the additional amount to continue services
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension

No refunds will be issued due to such changes.

11. Partial Usage Policy

If a service has already been partially used, delivered, or initiated:
- No full or partial refund will be provided
- Remaining unused portion will not be refunded

12. Delay from Client Side

If the project is delayed due to client-side reasons such as:
- Late content submission
- Delayed approvals
- Lack of communication

No refund will be provided, and project timelines may be extended accordingly.

13. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO, GEO, or digital marketing services once started are non-refundable.
Initial setup or optimization work done cannot be reversed or refunded.

14. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Purchases

Any domain, hosting, or third-party tools purchased on behalf of the client:
- Are strictly non-refundable
- Are subject to third-party provider policies

15. Logo & Design Services

Logo and design services are non-refundable once initial concepts are delivered.
If additional concepts are requested beyond the agreed scope, extra charges will apply.

16. Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment

If the client fails to complete payments:
- Services may be paused or stopped
- No refund will be issued for any completed or ongoing work
